In the ongoing massive expansion of Water system and Telecommunications, the people are again to suffer the dilemma of poor road conditions caused by poorly reconstructed diggins.
It is not to be against development but to call the concern agencies to monitor the the road diggings so as not to sacrifice quality from contractors making an earning from poor quality jobs.
