With the vision to uplift the social status of drivers from a simple means to earn a living to a professional driver in the community.
Through collective effort and with leadership from LTFRB, the professional trainors of UPNCTS, AAP and the fundings coming from the road users tax vehicle owners pay during our vehicle registration, had made the seminar for drivers possible.
The driver's seminar program being on its 2nd year, its initial beneficiaries are the public utility drivers; taxi, jeepneys, bus and school service. Continuing to improve its module to properly address the needs of drivers to better improve education and understanding of their profession.
The learnings earned from the seminar are positive seeds of change towards developing a disciplined and orderly public transport system. The number may be few but they can be effective to be contributor to positive change among their peers.
It may looked to be a long journey and a stirke of luck to see the efforts of the agencies into fullfillment, but let us see the effort among the parfticipants from the agencies, instructors, drivers and volunterers as individual act to actively participate for a collective change for the better road culture towars a discipline and progressive nation.
